TRAIN WITH THE SPI TEAM​
Whether your goal is to gain speed, strength, agility or overall performance, this program is for you. SPI Fitness trainers work together with you, to find your strengths and weaknesses and create a program that is aligned with your goals. This is a small group training model, designated for athletes ranging from ages 7 and up.

First time strength training? We have experience working with athletes at all levels. Our main goal is to give you the proper tools to improve your skills and reduce the risk of injury.

GENERAL FITNESS
The perfect option if you are looking to do your own thing. Independent use of our SPI Fitness training facility and 4-lane indoor track. Access is given 7 days a week during Accelerate Sports operational hours. Locker rooms do include showers.

SPEED AND AGILITY
Develop explosive speed, quick footwork, and next-level agility in a high-energy training environment. Our Speed & Agility Camp focuses on acceleration, reaction time, and coordination to give athletes the tools they need to dominate their sport.

SPI Juniors (ages 7-11) @ 11am
SPI Elite (ages 12 and up) @ 12pm
Cost: 10 session package $150 (expires after 3 months)

At SPI, our Athlete Performance Training program is uniquely designed to give athletes every advantage while keeping their long-term health a top priority. Unlike typical gyms or training facilities, our staff is made up of Doctors of Physical Therapy, Certified Athletic Trainers, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), ensuring that every session is rooted in science, safety, and proven methods. We focus on injury prevention just as much as performance, helping athletes build strength, speed, and resilience that will serve them throughout their careers. Our team has worked with athletes at the Olympic, professional, and collegiate levels, and we are proud to serve as the current strength and conditioning coaches for Utica University. Parents can feel confident knowing their athletes are training in an environment that blends education, expertise, and experience to help them reach their highest potential.

Open gym coach (all ages) Mon/Fri 3:30pm-6:30pm, Sat 10:00am-1:00pm
