TRAIN WITH THE SPI TEAM​

Whether your goal is to gain speed, strength, agility or overall performance, this program is for you. SPI Fitness trainers work together with you, to find your strengths and weaknesses and create a program that is aligned with your goals. This is a small group training model, designated for athletes ranging from ages 10 and up.

First time strength training? We have experience working with athletes at all levels. Our main goal is to give you the proper tools to improve your skills and reduce the risk of injury.

GENERAL FITNESS

The perfect option if you are looking to do your own thing. Independent use of our SPI Fitness training facility and 4-lane indoor track. Access is given 7 days a week during Accelerate Sports operational hours. Locker rooms do include showers.

SPEED CAMP

Ready to take your performance to the next level? Individualized assessments, programming and training will have you crushing your goals in no time. Coached by our strength and conditioning specialists and performed in a small group setting for maximum results.

They are our signature athletic performance focused classes. One hour training sessions led by our various certified strength and conditioning specialists, to help you see your best results on the field,  the track, the court or wherever your interests may take you.
