GOLFFITNESS
How do we have the knowledge to help players play their best rounds of golf yet?
Through TPI Certification.
Golf Fitness for the average individual isn’t about looking like the best players on Tour. It’s about being fit, healthy, and good enough to enjoy the game...and doing so without causing injury. As trainers we understand that the body’s limitations can influence the golf swing, and our job is to address those limitations through the proper channels. Whether it’s through swing instruction, physical rehabilitation, or strength and conditioning exercises - we have more than enough mediums to help you be less frustrated on the course.
INDOOR
VS
OUTDOOR
The golf simulator mimics real life play so much so, you’ll think you’re actually there.
TrackMan's main goal is understanding the latest technology and how it can be implemented to increase performance. In 2019, their simulators were re-built and repurposed to push against the barriers of realism and accuracy. TrackMan's dedicated team uses drone mapping to render courses with the upmost attention to detail, for a real life experience.
With incredibly high-definition graphics, it’s your indoor window to the great outdoors.
PERFORMANCE
TPI’s Assessment Screen

The TPI movement screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a player’s physical capabilities. The results of that assessment are used to determine how technical elements of the player’s swing could be related to what their body can or cannot do. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. The plan may include fitness training, physical therapy and treatment, coaching of swing mechanics and biomechanics, nutrition, mental strategy or all of the above.
