 RM Physical Therapy FAQs

-Hours of operation: Monday- Thursday 7:30AM-6:00PM and Friday 7:30AM-12:00PM.

-We take lunch Monday-Thursday from 12:00-1:00.

-We ask that you plan to spend at least an hour for your session so that you can receive the appropriate treatment necessary.

-Our busiest times are usually after school on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Please be patient with us during these times.

-As a courtesy for you, we will check with your insurance company for proper authorization, co-pay, co-insurance, etc.

-We also encourage you to call your provider to double check your plan so there are no surprises.

-We ask that you pay your co-pay at the time of your appointment; we accept cash, check or credit card. Any uncollected balances will be sent to you in the mail from our billing company, Med-Care Administrators.

-If you have any questions about your bill please contact our billing office Med-Care Administrators at (315) 736- 2080.

-Please wear the proper attire for Physical Therapy, we are a very active clinic and it’s helpful if you are able to move appropriately and expose the areas that we are treating.

-Please bring a spare change of footwear to our clinic. Our cleaning crew (Mike and Ryan) will greatly appreciate it.
